Our type of Wellness is defined as multidimensional, self-help Wellness, a positive health, a sense of well-being, a more successful existence.

Self-Help

Multidimensional, Five Pillar, Self-Help Wellness. The kind people can readily change in themselves.

Five Pillar Wellness

The five key essence priorities in the Wellness field. Nutrition, Exercise, Spinal Health, Rest & Relaxation, Attitude & Perspective in life.

Risk

A number indicating immanent problems in the future. We put numbers to Wellness Risk.

Science-Risk

Not behaving according to the science of Wellness.

Perception- Risk

Perceiving Wellness Risk wrongly in either direction.

Wellness Workshops Sessions to focus on Wellness Action Plan items selected by the computer measurement algorithm. This helps mitigate Wellness Risk thus, improving Wellness numbers.

 

It's New 

People need a new additional type of Wellness approach alongside present endeavours. We would like to introduce Wellness Risk Management delivering Measurement and Mitigation. We measure Wellness Risk and compliance, then offer Wellness Risk Management Workshops to improve compliance and help people raise their Wellness scores.

There is the issue of grading Wellness Risk and grading compliance with scientifically proven effective Wellness strategies. Wellness science is one of two types of Wellness Risk we define. We offer a new term in defining Wellness Perception Risk.

Wellness science risk is a measure of how well a person complies with the science protocols factored into the Five Pillars. It is also a measure of how well a person has learned about Wellness. This part of Wellness is what we call Wellness compliance, what people are actually doing. Compliance means how well a person is behaving according to the science of Wellness. Our particular type of Wellness is Five Pillar Wellness.

In our protocol to measure Five Pillar Wellness we also measure several other important parameters, 38 in all. Keeping people well saves government health care dollars and insurance industry dollars.

The bottom line in Wellness Risk is that at the present time people are not complying with Wellness science. Moving compliance toward 100 percent is our goal.

Multidimensional Wellness is much larger than just nutrition, exercise and the FoodPainConnection alone. We know this from the prolific number of scientific papers in the Wellness field.

We started long ago on a project that was very large. This meant pieces would need to come together slowly. We concluded from clinical experience that the Five Pillars were the essence of Self-Help Wellness.

Science was the lead with a basic principle that, to keep it in the Self-Help category  various health care professions, including my own, would need to take a back seat while the science pertaining to Self-Help would need the lead.

So, what is the bottom line fine print with our program? If people follow our suggestions, our diet, our lifestyle, then they will see a correction in blood fats, a correction in blood pressure, a lowering to normalization of weight, a better vascular system, including the heart, and a better brain with all that this entails. This all comes naturally from following the Wellness science.

We measure a person for that science and show how to move forward with Five Pillar Wellness Risk Management.

It is time to launch this important field and tell people what their Five Pillar Wellness Risk numbers are.
