  1. The essence of Wellness is all about blood flow. It’s the blood flow that counts. Blood flow mediates the immune response, the healing response and the non-pharmaceutical pain relief response. Getting the proper blood flow is not always easy.
  2. Wellness can be easy, or difficult, depending on what the goal is.
  3. Persistence is a key point with regard to Wellness.
  4. Most people don't know that food impacts on Wellness and also impacts on the blood flow.
  5. Most people don't know that food can slow up blood flow. There is a Food-BloodFlow-Connection.
  6. Most people don't know that a certain type of exercise is important for Wellness.
  7. Most people don't know ‘why’ exercise is so important and so, they don’t pay attention.
  8. Most people don't get enough exercise to help their immune system work effectively in all parts of the body thus, leaving certain parts of the body struggling.
  9. Many people know that certain things are not good for them like smoking, drinking alcohol, eating sugar, eating refined package foods. People do them anyway and suffer the consequences. The main consequence is reduction in blood flow. As in secret #1, blood flow is very important for the immune system to work effectively.
  10. Reduced blood flow sets us up all kinds of horrible problems and a shortened life.

And lastly, I leave to the end the important issues that only those who have read to the end will learn.

Bonus Secret, but it's not supposed to be a secret.

Oral Hygiene
Yes, there are still people with poor oral hygiene. To prevent vascular disease, heart disease, and offer a nice breath to a fellow dancer, follow the three part rule.

Floss Properly (See below)
Brush Properly (See below)
Gargle Properly (See below)

In that order, every night, before bed. That means no misses even when sick or tired or ‘sick and tired’ LOL.

Flossing Properly
Floss each tooth 10 times up and down on each side then slide the floss out rather than lifting it out the way it came in. This saves dental costs on caps you might inadvertently pop off yanking the floss out. Get below the gum line by circling the tooth with the floss. Smell the floss from each tooth and if decay is smelled then floss with some gargle in the mouth on that tooth. Stop quibbling about the time it takes. Just take the time. It’s for your health.

Brushing Properly
Up and down on each tooth. Yes, this takes time too. Get over it. Do it right.

Gargling Properly
Gargle for 30 seconds. That does not mean 25 seconds or 10 seconds or 3 seconds. It means 30 seconds, by the clock. Science has shown how to do it right. You don’t have to use the expansive brand names. The alternatives are just as good if they have the alcohols, Menthol, Eucalyptol, Thymol.

 

Double Bonus
When the sore throat strikes.

Sore throats are caused by germs. But they can also be set up by too dry an atmosphere in the bedroom so make sure the humidity level is set properly especially if there is any nose irritation as well. Put a wet face cloth on a towel by your bed and, if that evaporation while sleeping helps the problem, then you may need to do that every night or buy a humidifier for nighttime.

Garlic
Garlic is a natural antibiotic. Take a clove, chop it fine, put it on a teaspoon and pop it in the mouth. Now suck the juice out. EEEeeewwwww Yes, ok, but it will kill germs. Don't do this before a date or before going dancing. This technique is especially useful if you need to clear up the sore throat faster due to some impending function.

Someone asked it they need to swallow the garlic. Yes, do that. Garlic is a great healing herb. Provided you are not allergic to it that is.
