The Two Diets
There are two diets that have particular
Wellness RISK Management benefits. They
are Dr. Ouellette's Anti-Inflammatory Pain Relief Diet (PRD) and the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD).
The FMD would require a medical doctor's supervision and so is not a diet we would
become involved with at WRM.
People in pain and people wishing weight loss will be particularly interested in
